1. Who publishes this site

This website is published by BARTHELEMY COMERCIO DE VESTUARIO LTDA, a limited company registered in Brazil.

2. What this site is

This website is informational. It does not host a checkout, user account area, or online payment flow. Any commercial relationship with the company takes place in person, at the physical address above.

3. What we collect

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and text you choose to include. We do not request or store identification numbers, payment details or sensitive personal data through this site.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

4. How we use what we collect

Contact-form submissions are read by our in-house team to answer the enquiry. Access logs are reviewed only when we need to investigate an operational issue.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share contact-form submissions with marketing networks, data brokers or third-party advertisers. Information is disclosed only when the law requires it.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for the time needed to answer and to address any follow-up, and then deleted or archived. Server logs follow the provider's standard retention schedule.

7. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you may request access, correction, portability, deletion or confirmation about personal data we hold. Write to [email protected].

8. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies required to display pages correctly. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
